TORONTO — Rogers Communications says its current wireless customers will be able to place orders for BlackBerry 10 devices starting Monday. But Rogers won’t be providing details on pricing, availability or specifications until early in the new year. One of the few clues about the new devices in the Rogers announcement was that its first BlackBerry 10 devices will be “all-touch” — suggesting they won’t have the keyboard that was a key to the success of the original RIM smartphones.Research In Motion announced separately that it’s giving an invitation-only preview of the BlackBerry 10 to more an 120 select government and private-sector customers in a variety of industries. The two announcements are part of efforts to build interest in a new generation of BlackBerrys in hopes of reviving the Canadian technology company. The BlackBerry 10 smartphones are seen as make-or-break products for Research In Motion, which has faced intense competition from the Apple iPhones and smartphones using the Google Android operating system. read more
Senator Nick Xenophon has slammed the Coalition’s paid parental leave scheme, equating it to the Monty Python ‘dead parrot’ sketch. In the sketch, a man returns a dead parrot to the pet shop where he bought it, only to have the shop keeper try and convince him it’s still alive.“I think the paid parental leave scheme is a bit like that Monty Python’s dead parrot,” Senator Xenophon said.“The government thinks it’s alive, but it’s well and truly gone.”He said Prime Minister Tony Abbott’s paid parental leave scheme was confusing people with their economic message. Having an extravagant government paid maternity scheme but campaigning for a tough budget to get the government back to surplus seems contradictory, Mr Xenophon believes.“The government has a tin ear when it comes to some of the issues facing Australians who are struggling out there … who are worried about what the impact of the budget will be on them and we have an extravagant paid parental leave scheme, a Rolls Royce scheme, that seems to go against the government’s message in respect of the age of entitlement,” he said. Fairfax media revealed that the $5.5 billion parental leave scheme has been shelved and won’t be put to parliament this year. Government backbenchers have said the scheme is overly generous. The scheme offers new mothers six months’ paid leave based on their wage and is capped at $75,000.Source: The Age Facebook Twitter: @NeosKosmos Instagram read more
Facebook Twitter: @NeosKosmos Instagram A teen girl from eastern Oregon has contracted the bubonic plague, health officials said. The Crook County girl is believed to have acquired the disease from a flea bite during a hunting trip near Heppner in Morrow County, officials said. The trip started on Oct. 16, she fell ill five days later and was hospitalized three days afterward. According to a press release, the young woman began feeling sick on October 21 and was hospitalized in Bend, Oregon on October 24.Plague is rare in Oregon, with only eight human cases diagnosed since 1995 and no deaths, according to the Oregon Health Authority. The plague usually occurs in rural and semi-rural areas of the western United States, most commonly in New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. The girl is recovering at a hospital intensive care unit. Her condition isn’t known.State and federal epidemiologists are working with local health officials to investigate the illness. No other people are believed to have been infected, officials said.Bubonic plague was prevalent in medieval times, but it is rare today. In recent decades an average of 7 human plague cases has been reported nationwide each year in the U.S., according to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Eight human cases have been diagnosed in Oregon since 1995. No deaths have been reported. In 2012, an Oregon man lost his fingers and toes to the plague. He had contracted the disease from his cat after trying to remove a mouse from the cat’s throat. The infectious bacterial disease is carried by squirrels, chipmunks and other wild rodents and their fleas. When an infected rodent becomes sick and dies, its fleas can carry the infection to other animals or humans through bites. The plague is treatable with antibiotics if caught early, but can be fatal if left untreated. Bubonic plague is the most common form and is characterized by high fever, lethargy and swollen lymph nodes.A plague vaccine is not available at this time.Officials recommend people avoid any contact with wild rodents, especially sick or dead ones, and should never feed squirrels or chipmunks. People should also keep their pets away from wild rodents to avoid infection. There have been 15 other human cases of the plague in the United States this year, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Four of those patients have died. The CDC is working with Oregon health officials as well as local health officials in Crook, Deschutes and Marrow counties, to investigate this illness.Source: CNN, 6abc read more

Share Manuel Balce Ceneta/APPresident Trump speaks to a gathering of mayors in the East Room of the White House on Wednesday.President Trump said Wednesday he is willing to be interviewed under oath by special counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating Russian interference into the 2016 election and possible collusion with Trump’s campaign. In an impromptu meeting with reporters, Trump said he is “looking forward” to talking with Mueller. “I would love to do it,” he said, going on to say he “would do it under oath.” Trump added he would take his lawyers’ advice.Mueller has already indicted multiple former associates of the president, including his former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, and former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn has pled guilty to lying to the FBI about conversations he had with the Russian ambassador. The president made the comments just before departing for the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The special counsel is also thought to be probing whether or not Trump sought to interfere with the Justice Department’s Russia investigation. Mueller’s appointment came after the president abruptly fired then-FBI Director James Comey last year. The Washington Post reported Tuesday that after firing Comey, Trump summoned then-acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe to the Oval Office for a meeting, where the president asked McCabe whom he voted for in the 2016 presidential election; McCabe said he did not vote, “several current and former U.S. officials” told the Post.Trump said on Wednesday that he didn’t recall asking McCabe about his voting record.Trump also elaborated on his immigration plan that the White House is expected to unveil on Monday, ahead of his State of the Union address on Tuesday. He said his plan would offer a path to citizenship for recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The Obama-era program shielded from deportation undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.Congress is trying to come up with a compromise on the DACA program, which Trump set to expire in March. Democrats used the issue as a wedge in last week’s budget negotiations that resulted in a three-day government shutdown.Copyright 2018 NPR. To see more, visit http://www.npr.org/. read more

An over-confident Australian tourism industry is starting to feel the compound effect of attracting fewer visitors and having Australians lured abroad from cheap airline offers. Australia’s ‘island mentality’ believes tourists will come to the country regardless of advertising campaigns or specific efforts by the tourist boards to lure them, a report by Tourism-Review said. Such complacency needs to be overcome if Australia is to resurrect its tourism exports. The assumption is damaging to the profits of the travel and tourism industry, whose revenues have already been sapped by heavily discounted airfares that entice Australians abroad and reduce domestic tourism. Furthermore, Australia is relatively more expensive for overseas tourists, as the global financial crisis saw the price of holidays drop by 5.1 percent on a global scale, compared to a mere 2.6 percent in Australia. As a result, there has been a greater ‘outflux’ of Australian tourists overseas than there has been an influx of foreign tourists to Australia. The article suggests that to turn the balance back in favour of Australian tourism, the mentality that tourists are automatically driven to the country needs to be changed. This will need to be supported by continued investment in marketing, and recognition that tourists will look elsewhere unless they are actively sought by Australia. Oman received 299,022 Indian arrivals last year recording 17% growth in 2015 over 2014. Oman’s National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) released the arrival figures which highlight an increase in inbound numbers from India. The statistics also reflect a growth of 60% in Indian arrivals to Oman in the last five years.Speaking on the increase, Lubaina Sheerazi, India Representative, Ministry of Tourism, Oman said, “The increase is very encouraging and reflects all the hard work we have put in promoting and marketing the destination in India. Since 2014, we started promoting Oman as an ideal wedding destination for Indians as Muscat is close to India. Our efforts were rewarded as we witnessed several large-scale weddings take place in the last two years. From Sonam Kapoor to diamond merchants in Surat and NRI’s, several Indians are now visiting Oman for the purpose of destination weddings. This has contributed significantly to our arrival numbers. MICE tourism in Oman has also seen an increase and to attract more MICE activities this year, our efforts are aimed at increasing interactions with tour operators and corporates.”As a country surrounded by mighty mountains, valleys, deserts and beaches, Oman is an excellent short-haul destination from India. “To attract more tourists from India, we are looking at promoting various activities. We have observed over the years that Indian travellers don’t travel just for sight-seeing and shopping anymore. More young people are now travelling who prefer active holidays and Oman has a lot to offer to these travellers. From canyoning to deep sea diving, from sailing to golfing, Oman is a treat to anyone seeking an outdoor holiday,” Sheerazi added.Oman has seen several major developments in the country over the years and some properties in the pipeline to be opened in 2016 include: The Anantara Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, a rare jewel in the rocky contours of the vast Saiq Plateau on Oman’s fabled Green Mountain, magnificently perched almost 3,000 metres above sea level on the curving rim of a great canyon; the Anantara Salalah Resort, situated between a beach and natural lagoon on the south coast of Dhofar in Salalah, Oman; The Kempinski Hotel and Residences at Muscat’s Al Mouj resort. Muscat has seen recent growth in the MICE market and this is anticipated to grow even faster with the opening of the new Oman Convention and Exhibition centre. The 22,000m facility will be complemented with four hotels with a total of 1,000 rooms and a business park. read more
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) announced that it has moved to dismiss the Moehrl v. NAR lawsuit because it misrepresents NAR rules for the operation of Multiple Listing Services (MLS).As reported by Forbes, Moerhl v National Association Realtors centers around accusations that “NAR’s compensation policies—which require all member brokers demand blanket, non-negotiable buyer-side commission fees when listing a home on a Multiple Listing Service—is a violation of antitrust law.”In their statement, NAR states that MLS have been recognized by courts as “protecting consumers and creating competitive, efficient markets that benefit home buyers and sellers.” “In today’s complex real estate environment, [NAR] and Multiple Listing Services promote a pro-consumer, pro-competitive market for home buyers and sellers, contrary to the baseless claims of these class action attorneys,” said John Smaby, President of NAR. “Our filing [Saturday] shows the lawsuit is wrong on the facts, wrong on the economics, and wrong on the law.”According to a media statement, NAR’s brief states that the seven class-action law firms who represent one plaintiff have “resorted to fundamentally mischaracterizing NAR’s rules.”“That mischaracterization, according to the NAR’s filing, led the class action attorneys to ‘dream up’ purportedly anticompetitive rules that simply do not exist in NAR’s Handbook or Code of Ethics,” the release states. “In reality, NAR rules specifically direct listing brokers to determine—in consultation with their clients—the amount of compensation to offer buyers’ brokers in connection with their MLS listings.”According to NAR, its rules allow a buyer’s broker to negotiate a commission from the listing broker that is different from what appears on the MLS listing. NAR further says that neither NAR or any MLS have a say on setting broker commissions. “The MLS system is designed to create competitive markets to facilitate the sale of residential property in a way that benefits both buyers and sellers,” Smaby said.NAR said that its attempt to dismiss the lawsuit demonstrates the “shaky legal grounds” of the case.”When a seller elects to permit their brokers to pay compensation to the buyer’s broker, it frees up buyer cash thereby potentially increasing the number of buyers able to bid for that home and the amount of funds available for the purchase price,” the filing states. Grace expects Greinke trade to have emotional impact Former Cardinals kicker Phil Dawson retires Comments Share Arizona Cardinals’ Chandler Jones watches the scoreboard during the second half of an NFL preseason football game against the Oakland Raiders Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, in Glendale, Ariz. The Raiders defeated the Cardinals 31-10. (AP Photo/Ross D. Franklin) Top Stories About those free agents: The Cardinals have had a disappointing start to their season after many (myself included) forecasted them as a Super Bowl favorite. They’re still very much in the NFC West mix, but a notable offseason is just around the corner. The team acquired pass-rusher Chandler Jones, a free agent after the season, in a trade this offseason and now must work hard to retain him (perhaps via the franchise tag), with other key free agents that include safety Tony Jefferson and defensive lineman Calais Campbell.Besides the players Yates mentioned, other notable Cardinals whose contracts will be up include tight end Jermaine Gresham, receiver Michael Floyd, running back Andre Ellington, linebacker Kevin Minter, center A.Q. Shipley, guard Earl Watford, cornerback Marcus Cooper and defensive lineman Frostee Rucker. It was occasionally talked about but not often fretted over during the preseason, but it was widely understood that the roster the Cardinals fielded this season was likely to be a one-shot deal.Arguably the most talented in the franchise’s history, there are many key veterans and free agents who may not be back next season, so therefore it was almost a “now or never” proposition for the team.Eight games into the campaign, the Cardinals are leaning toward “never,” though at 3-4-1 they are not at all out of the playoff picture. But whether they turn things around and make a postseason run or not, the fact that the Cardinals are likely to look much different next season will not change, and ESPN’s Field Yates, in an Insider piece going over the biggest upcoming roster decision for all 32 teams, pointed to that for Arizona. investors and others out of hundreds of millions of dollars Parmjit "Paul" Parmar 48 Ravi Chivukula 44 and Sotirios "Sam" Zaharis 51 all from New Jersey are charged with conspiracy to commit securities fraud FBI special agents arrested Parmar on Wednesday near his home Chivukula and Zaharis remain at large Acting Assistant Attorney General John Cronan of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division said Parmar Zaharis and Chivukula were formerly CEO CFO and an executive director of a publicly traded health care services company According to the complaint unsealed from May 2015 through September 2017 the defendants orchestrated an elaborate scheme to defraud a private investment firm and others out of hundreds of millions of dollars in connection with the funding of a transaction to take private a company traded publicly on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market Representational image Reuters To fund the transaction the private investment firm put up approximately $82 million in equity and a consortium of financial institutions provided another approximately $130 million in debt The scheme allegedly utilised fraudulent methods to grossly inflate the value of the company and trick others into believing that it was worth substantially more than its actual value The complaint alleges that to present a positive picture of the company’s financial wealth the defendants allegedly sought to raise tens of millions of dollars in the public markets In reality a number of those entities either did not exist or had only a fraction of the operating income attributed to them The conspirators allegedly funnelled the proceeds of these secondary offerings through bank accounts they controlled and used the money for a variety of purposes that had nothing to do with acquiring the purported targets The money was instead used to make it appear as if the operating subsidiary had substantial customer revenue when in fact the funds were simply transfers of the money that had been raised in the secondary offering The defendants allegedly went to great lengths to make it appear that these funds were revenue concocting phony customers and altering bank statements to make it appear as if the funds were coming from customers Separately the US filed a civil complaint seeking forfeiture of four properties that Parmar owns or controls including a house in New Jersey and three apartments in New York City The US Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil complaint today against Parmar Zaharis and Chivukula At 10:02 on Friday evening July 25 I received the following personal message from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee: "THE IMPEACHMENT OF PRESIDENT OBAMA IS NOW A REAL POSSIBILITY” The capital letters were in red This was a blast email of course sent to everyone on the Democratic Partys fundraising list and also to political journalists It referred to some very calculated remarks that White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer had made earlier that day about impeachment: "I think Speaker Boehner by going down the path of this lawsuit [against the President] has opened the door to Republicans possibly considering impeachment at some point in the future" This was the beginning of a half-crazed weekend begathon by the Democrats The next afternoon: "Sorry to email you early on a Saturdaybut were on full RED ALERT at Democratic Head-quarters…According to our records you havent chipped in since Republicans authorized a vote to sue President Obama" (Or ever chipped in for that matter) And Sunday: "MAJOR UPDATE: House Republicans held a closed-door meeting to discuss impeaching President Obama" On Monday I received a cranky email from Obama himself: "Joe Biden has emailed you Michelle has emailed you And now Ive emailed you We wouldnt all be asking if it wasnt so important Right now Republicans in Congress are trying to sue me for simply doing my job" Later that day the DCCC re-sent me that email: "Did you see this President Obama emailed you this morning" Holy moley There is cleverness to the onslaught of course a classic use of a political tactic known as jiu-jitsu: take your opponents feral vehemence and roll with it No doubt Pfeiffer is right There is a chance that the Republicans will try to impeach the President especially later in the summer after he announces a major Executive Order that will affect a large numbermillions perhapsof the illegal immigrants now in the country There is speculation that it will be a further expansion of the legal status he conferred on children brought into the US illegally by their parents; perhaps the parents will now be included There is likely to be an explosion if he does thisthe Central American refugee crisis on the US-Mexico border has made immigration the hottest of domestic issues It is also the most toxic issue for Republicans who hope to win the presidency somedayand the Senate this November House Speaker Boehner has said there will be no impeachment Thats why he instituted a rather silly lawsuit against the President overyet againObamacare which aides say could be expanded if Obama goes for broke on the border Boehner is trying to placate the GOP base But he also promised that there would be no government shutdown in 2013 and got trampled by his troops The Speaker knows theres nothing the Democrats would rather have than impeachment and immigration as the dominant issues in the fall campaign He also knows theres nothing Rush Limbaugh would rather have; indeed it would be a ratings bonanzathe base would go berserk And on the other end of the Republican evolutionary spectrum a leading conservative thinker Yuval Levin has said the Executive Order that Obama is contemplating would be "the most extreme act of executive overreach ever attempted by an American President in peacetime" There might be no stopping the primal fury unleashed by what the Republicans are calling "executive amnesty" So this is smart strategy on the part of the Obama political operation right Well grudgingly yes But its also cynical as hell The White House is playing with fire raising the heat in a country that is already brain-fried by partisan frenzy There is something unseemly and unprecedented about an administration saying "Bring it on" when it comes to impeachment Clintons White House certainly never did publicly even though it was clear from polling that the spectacle would be a disaster for Republicans Of course President Clinton had done something immoral if not impeachable and Obama has not Another impeachment ordeal would be terrible for the country Also terrible for the country if all too common is the DCCCs impeachment beggingand the Presidents constant fat-cat fundraising in a summer of trouble What if he simply said "Im done with fundraising This is an important election but theres just too much going on in the world right now" His political folks would hate it but I suspect it might be more effective and presidential than sending out tin-cup emails Contact us at editors@timecomNew Delhi: The Delhi Metro told the high court in I have no university degree," Gordon said.Three of Trump’s adult children – Donald Trump Jr. Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump – also were named in the lawsuit because they have been official board members of the foundation for years Under the law Underwood said board members are supposed to scrutinize a charity’s spending for signs that its leader – in this case their father – was misusing moneyBut in reality Underwood wrote the three Trump children exercised no such oversight The board had not met since 1999"The Foundation’s directors failed to meet basic fiduciary duties and abdicated all responsibility for ensuring that the Foundation’s assets were used in compliance with the law" she wroteUnderwood asked the judge to ban each of the three from serving as a director of a New York nonprofit organization for a year It was not clear whether any of the three are serving on the board of any such charities Eric Trump for instance stepped down from the board of the Eric Trump Foundation after the 2016 election and the charity was renamed CuretivityAlthough Donald Trump’s name is on the foundation in recent years most of its money was not actually his Trump did not donate any money to the foundation between 2008 and 2015 – instead its largest benefactors in recent years have been wrestling moguls Vince and Linda McMahon who gave $5 million total in 2007 and 2009 Linda McMahon was later appointed by Trump as head of the Small Business Administration The McMahons have declined to answer questions about the reasons for their giftsThe lawsuit shows that the Trump Foundation – which Trump founded to give away some of the royalties from his 1987 book "The Art of the Deal" – looked on paper like other tax-exempt nonprofit organizations It filed annual reports with New York state and the IRS It listed directors and donationsBut behind the scenes Underwood said the foundation was essentially one of Trump’s personal checkbooks – a pool of money that his accounting clerks knew to use whenever Trump wanted to pay a nonprofit organization By law Trump wasn’t allowed to buy things for himself using the charity’s money even if he was buying them from nonprofit groupsAt one point during a deposition a New York state investigator asked Allen Weisselberg – a Trump Organization employee who was also listed as treasurer of the Trump Foundation – whether the foundation had a policy for determining which specific payments it was allowed to make"There’s no policy just so you understand" Weisselberg said The interviewer asked whether Weisselberg had understood that he was actually on the board of the Trump Foundation and had been for more than a decade"I did not" he repliedWith no outside oversight of Trump’s use of foundation money Underwood said the future president had repeatedly used his charity’s money to help his businesses and himselfTwice for instance Trump used the charity’s money to settle legal disputes that involved his for-profit businessesIn 2007 he settled a dispute with the city of Palm Beach Florida over code violations at his Mar-a-Lago resort The city agreed to waive outstanding fines if Mar-a-Lago gave $100000 to a charityBut the donation to an organization called Fisher House came instead from the foundation Underwood said – after Trump wrote a note to Weisselberg "Allen W DJT Foundation $100000 to Fisher House (Settlement of flag issue in Palm Beach)" said the note which is included in the lawsuitIn addition in 2012 a Trump golf club agreed to pay $158000 to settle a lawsuit with a man who was denied a $1 million hole-in-one prize during a tournament at the club The Trump Foundation paid the money instead of the club Underwood saidBoth of those payments were first reported by The Washington Post In March after the attorney general’s investigation was underway Trump repaid his foundation all $258000 plus more than $12000 in interest Underwood saidUnderwood also listed several smaller instances of what she called "self-dealing" meaning Trump using foundation money to help his businesses The charity paid $5000 to place an ad for Trump hotels in a program for a charity gala It paid $32000 to satisfy an obligation of a Trump company that manages a New York estate It paid $10000 to buy a portrait of Trump which was later found hanging in the sports bar at Trump’s Doral golf resortUnderwood said Trump already had repaid amounts spent by the foundation plus penalty taxes totaling more than $4000In the case of the portrait she said Trump’s golf club has now paid the foundation the "fair rental value" of using the foundation-owned painting as decoration: $182IRS rules also prohibit tax-exempt foundations from aiding political campaigns But Underwood listed two instances in which Trump’s foundation had seemed to do soIn August 2013 Trump donated $25000 from his foundation to a Florida political group aiding the reelection effort of state Attorney General Pam Bondi R Around the same time Bondi’s office was considering whether to join an ongoing lawsuit by Schneiderman then the New York attorney general alleging that Trump had defrauded students at his now-defunct Trump UniversityAfterward the Trump Foundation omitted any mention of Bondi’s political group – called And Justice for All – from its annual report to the IRS and instead said the $25000 donation had gone to a nonprofit organization in Kansas with a similar-sounding nameUnderwood said Trump’s staff blamed confusion among accounting clerks for the foundation’s money being spent instead of Trump’s own As for the incorrect IRS filing Underwood wrote "The Foundation has no credible explanation for the false reporting of grant recipients"After The Washington Post reported on the donation to Bondi’s group in 2016 Trump repaid the $25000 and paid a penalty tax of $2500 for an improper political giftBut Underwood alleged that the campaign Trump’s foundation helped the most was his ownIn January 2016 Trump skipped a debate among Republican candidates because he was feuding with Fox News Channel the debate’s host Instead Trump held a televised fundraiser for veterans – drawing millions from wealthy friends and small-dollar donors and giving much of it to the Trump FoundationIn his deposition Weisselberg said he was surprised to be told that he needed to go to Iowa on short notice to have the foundation’s checkbook ready in case Trump wanted to make donations on the night of the fundraiser"I wanted to know why I was going to Iowa I had never gone anywhere with Donald on any kind of – anything" he said But he told another executive to get ready "He grabbed the checkbook And later we flew to Des Moines"Underwood said that afterward "the Foundation ceded control over the charitable funds it raised to senior Trump Campaign staff" She cited emails in which Corey Lewandowski Trump’s campaign manager at the time directed which veterans’ charities should receive moneyAt one point Lewandowski emailed Weisselberg to ask whether the Trump Foundation’s money could be ready to distribute during Trump’s last campaign events before the Iowa caucuses: "Is there any way we can make some disbursements [from the proceeds of the fundraiser] this week while in Iowa Specifically on Saturday" Lewandowski wrote in an email cited by UnderwoodAt one point the lawsuit says Trump gave an oversize $100000 Trump Foundation check to a charity at a campaign event in Council Bluffs IowaThe problem: Nobody appears to have told the Trump Foundation"This ‘check’ was given out (see video) This is not one of the charities we’ve cut a check to yet Are there other charities like this" Jeff McConney a Trump Organization staff member wrote in an email to Lewandowski that was cited in the lawsuitThe check was later cutIn 2016 Trump sought to excuse his foundation’s actions in a letter to the New York attorney general saying that the Iowa fundraiser was a charity event "This statement was false" Underwood wrote "because in reality the Fundraiser was a Trump Campaign event in which the Foundation participated"She wrote that Trump had repeatedly signed charity documents saying that nonprofit organizations like his were not allowed to become involved in political campaigns "Mr Trump’s wrongful use of the Foundation to benefit his Campaign was willful and knowing" she wroteAs president Trump has repeatedly called for the repeal of the Johnson Amendment a 1954 tax code provision that imposed the ban on political activity by nonprofit groupsAuthor
